Strawberry Yoghurt Ice-Cream Smoothie
Packs a fresh, fruity punch!
Need to cool down a bit? All we have to say is: strawberries, yoghurt and ice-cream. Mmmmmh.
A recipe by Kristin, a RITTER SPORT aficionado from Wiesbaden.
½ (50g/1.8 oz.) RITTER SPORT Strawberry Creme bar,
3–4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 cup plain yoghurt
¼ cup milk
½ cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1. Finely chop the chocolate. Tip: cool chocolate down in fridgebefore chopping.
2. Place the vanilla ice cream, the yoghurt, the milk and the strawberries (fresh or frozen) in a tall mixing bowl and blend with a stick blender until it has the consistency of a very soft ice cream.
3. Mix in the chopped chocolate.
4. Arrange in cooled glasses and serve with a straw and a spoon.
