Hot marzipan chocolate
Two classics in one drink.
The perfect afternoon drink with a slice of cake or in the evening, round a campfire: a cup of hot marzipan chocolate warms your heart and hands.
2 cups of milk
1½–3 oz RITTER SPORT Marzipan
1/2 vanilla pods
1. Halve the vanilla pod(s) and scrape out the centre with a knife. Bring the milk to the boil with the vanilla pod and filling, then leave to rest for 10 minutes. Remove the vanilla pod.
2. Chop up the chocolate and melt in the hot milk.
3. Share between two cups or glasses.
4. If you wish, this can be refined with 2 tbsp of orange liqueur and serve with whipped cream.
