What's nicer than enjoying a treat with friends? Why not surprise your loved ones soon with a classic chocolate fondue?
For the fondue:
3 oz RITTER SPORT Dark Chocolate
3 oz RITTER SPORT Extra Fine Milk Chocolate
½ cup whipping cream
For dipping, according to preference:
1. Peel the fruit, remove the seeds and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Chop the chocolate and melt with the cream in a bain-marie. Stir occasionally as it melts.
3. Pour the chocolate sauce into a fondue pan and keep hot over a spirit burner. Serve with fruit or biscuits.
4. Enjoy with friends.
Tip: To add an exotic touch, simply add some desiccated coconut or chopped pistachios.
